Banana and Raspberry pancakes

Pancakes are so simple, but soooo delicious. Everyone has a go to pancake recipe, but I'm pretty confident mine is the best! This recipe makes thicker more American style pancakes that are fluffy and sweet from the banana, so go easy on the additional sweet stuff until you've tasted.



MAKES 10 PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS


2 ripe bananas

2 handfuls of whole oats

1/2 mug of milk of your choice

Raspberries

1/2 mug of plain flour

tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

olive oil for cooking

METHOD

  1. Pop oats, bananas and milk into blender


  1. When smooth pour into a mixing bowl

  2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk

  3. Heat up frying pan with olive oil

  4. 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake

  5. Wait until you see bubbles before flipping

  6. Serve with fresh raspberries, maple syrup and a squeeze of lemon
