Welcome! The aim of this course is to help you keep your body happy, to aid your running performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Below you will find 10 classes fusing together yoga style stretching, mobility exercises, strength work, Myofascial release and guidance on getting the most out of your breath.
Throughout this course you are encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that works for you. This course is not suitable for injured participants. If you have any concerns about participating please contact Poppy before beginning. It is advised to seek the opinion of a medical professional before starting a new exercise programme.
